Kick back and relax in this peaceful and stylish home tucked away in the foot hills of the Appalachian Mountain Range. It is located in the Coosawattee River Resort community not far from downtown Ellijay. This means you are just minutes to shopping, hot coffee, dozens of restaurants, attractions and several fabulous local wineries.
With a cozy living space, epic game room, outdoor jacuzzi and fire pit, this is the perfect retreat to create memories with family or friends.
This recently renovated/updated home is nestled in the trees on a secluded lot. As you pull in to the gravel driveway, you will notice a fun outdoor area complete with comfortable outdoor seating, fire pit, cornhole and brand new propane grill.
The front door opens into the open concept kitchen and living area. The kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless steel refrigerator, oven and microwave. Barstools line the kitchen peninsula making for a perfect snack spot. The living room contains a sofa and comfortable accent chairs as well as some of our favorite board games and a massive tv with an Apple tv for watching your favorite shows or movies. The sliding doors in the living room open on to the back screened in patio where there is a dining area perfect for a family meal or alternate seating where you can take in the nature with your morning coffee. This area is equipped with an outdoor heater to keep you warm in the chillier months.
**Please note that the fireplaces cannot be used at this time. There is structural damage in the chimney that makes it unsafe to have a fire**
Upstairs also consists of three total bedrooms, all containing queen beds. The first two bedrooms share a bathroom and the master has its own private, newly renovated bathroom.
Follow the stairs down to the basement and behold the amazing game area. The spaced is maxed out with two arcade machines, ping pong, foosball, table shuffle board and air hockey. In the back corner of the downstairs living area you will note a brand new 70 inch tv with apple tv and sound bar- a perfect space for a movie night. Additional sliding doors open to the first story of the back deck, where you can enjoy the brand new private hot tub while you take in the mountain air. Another bathroom and bedroom with queen bunk beds are also tucked away in the downstairs area.
There is also a folding table and 6 folding chairs available in storage if you need extra dining space!
